Lahmajo is a dish of Arab origin, common in Lebanon, Syria, Jordan and other countries. In Armenia, it became popular thanks to repatriated Armenians. Lahmajo is often called “Armenian pizza.” Anyone who has tried it even once will never forget its wonderful taste and aroma.
During the lahmajo masterclass, you will learn how to bake these delicious flatbreads with meat at home. This Armenian “pizza” is very easy to make. Traditionally, it is made with lamb, but you can also use beef if you prefer. In fact, many say that beef lahmajo tastes even better than lamb – it depends on your taste. The dough is similar to traditional dumpling dough (flour, water, salt), so it is not hard to prepare.
We are pleased to let you know that all of our masterclasses can be combined with one-day excursions.
