Day 1 - Airport - City Tour in Yerevan
The excursion begins with a tour in the city. The architecture of Yerevan is original and distinctive. Today Yerevan is a city, where you can see different architectural styles with green alleys and numerous fountains. You will get acquainted with the sights of Yerevan: the Erebuni Fortress, Victory Park, the Cascade (an open air museum), French Square, the Opera and Ballet Theater, Northern Avenue and Republic Square.
Day 2 - Yerevan – Garni – Havuts Tar – Geghard – Sevan
09.30 – 10.15 - Trip to Garni (1401m)
10.15 – 13.15 – Hiking in Havuts Tar (1622m) and return to Garni (the length of the route is 7,4 km, travel time – 2-2,5 h)
13.15 – 13.50 – Master Class for baking lavash
14.00 – 15.00 - Lunch at the house of a peasant
15.00 – 15.45 – Visit to the Garni temple
15.45 – 16.00 – Trip to the Monastery of Geghard
16.00 – 16.45 – Survey of the Monastery Geghard (Monastery of the Spear)
16.45 – 18.15 – Trip to Lake Sevan
19.00 – 20.00 – Dinner and overnight in the camping on the shore of Lake Sevan
Day 3 - Sevan – Lake Parz – Gosh – Haghartsin – Yerevan
09.00 – 09.45 – Trip to Dilijan
09.45 – 10.30 – Excursion to the Old Town with a visit to the Masters' Alley
10.30 – 11.15 – Trip to Lake Parz (1300m)
11.15 – 13.15 – Hiking in the village of Gosh (1247m, 6km, 2h)
13.15 – 13.50 – Survey of Gosh Monastery
14.00 – 15.00 – Lunch at the house of a peasant
15.00 – 15.45 – Trip to the Monastery of Haghartsin
15.45 – 16.30 – Survey of the Monastery Haghartsin
16.30 – 18.30 – Return to Yerevan and overnight in the hotel.
Day 4 - Yerevan – Khor Virap – Areni – Noravank – Yerevan
09.00 – 10.00 – Trip to the Khor Virap Monastery, wherefrom you can see the most beautiful view of Mount Ararat
10.00 – 10.45 – Visit to the Khor Virap Monastery, where, according to the legend, Gregory the Illuminator spent in confinement over 13 years
10.45 – 12.15 – Trip to Noravank
12.15 – 13.00 – Visit to the Monastery of Noravank, located among the red rocks
13.15 – 14.00 – Wine tasting at the winery in Areni
14.00 – 15.00 – Lunch at a guest house in the village of Chiva
15.00 – 17.30 – Return to Yerevan
Day 5 - Yerevan – transfer to the airport
Visit Vernissage – the market of folk art. Here you will find hand-made chess and backgammon from wood, ceramics made in the national style, handmade jewelry, traditional musical instruments, silverware, paintings and much more.
Transfer to the airport.
